Standardised scoring is a purely statistical relationship - the cutoff score is a function of the cutoff rank and the total number in the cohort. It seems like a very high score....was it the same last years?
A rough calculation is that the last rank in the top 25% will have a standardised score of 110 on one paper (so, very roughly, 220 on 2 papers).
With the Latymer cohort this year being 2611, the last rank in the top 25% would be 653.
We would expect rank 653 to have a score of 220.
We know from DG that rank 687 got 219, so the actual scores are as expected.
