1) I thought that you knew before you completed the CAF as to whether you were top 180? In which case if you want a specific Bexley school then you list that one firstHello ,
I do hope this wonderful forum can help.
Two questions :
1) if child gets score in top 180, they get any preference Bexley grammar school, I understand. But do any preferred schools have to have been listed on the CAF ? Sorry - seems a stupid question but trying to hedge bets - given we are(probably) out of “catchment”..
To be clear if for instance I only list Beth’s (cos wider catchment)but child doesn’t get top 180 and I actually prefer C&S - I assume I can’t pick C&S?
2) if One twin gets in top 180 and gets a place , does other twin (if they don’t also get 180 ) only get a sibling place if they are also at least deemed selective?
2) Siblings only get a place if they are deemed selective - not sure whether twins get a place as it specifies that the sibling has to be at the school at the time (and the twin wouldn't be) - need to check up on that
ETA - Chis and Sid say this
Students with a sibling attending Chislehurst and Sidcup Grammar School in Years 7 – 12 at
the date of close of application.
